Okay, well this is a tutorial on how to colour cel-style like you see in anime.

The picture I used is not one of my own, it is by my friend SwordDemon

You can use either (mouse or tablet), just right click and hold on the icon in the toolbar and then move it over the the staight line lasso, it's easier to use with a bit of practice ^_^
